Really like the new shoes. Ran 4 progressive, ending at 7:30 pace. Felt hard at the end, but wanted to push it a bit for some reason.

Felt like death on a cracker yesterday. Did wimp weights x 2 and a recombent bike with 20-second pickups over 15 minutes today.
