Short-Term Running Goals:
Get healthy, run pain-free. Have had sciatic nerve issues since 2009, damaged knee cartilage early 2015, so have been a jogger for a while.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Do well in the 50s age group, keep running pain-free.
Married, science writer/editor, enjoy life on the coast of Maine
Good treadmill run, pushed out the distance a fraction more. Averaged just over 8:30s.
2 x wimp weights and a quick mill run.
Beautiful 50-degree day out, so left the gym and ran a slow SH. Very enjoyable.
Wimp weights x 2 and short run - time for turkey!

Ran 8:20s average pace. The new shoes and new treadmill combo works quite well.
