Aunt Betty waiting for L at Pilates. First of the year? Ran easy on a warm evening, really didn't attack the hills, especially 7 Bridges, felt good except for left extensor. Sciatic fine, but something has to give way I guess :-/

Around WHP and PH from HC. Took it easy at first but got into a good rhythm and two out of the last three miles were sub-8. If I can get to 5 days of running/30 mpw and stay healthy, I could probably regain a bit of form.
