Get healthy, run pain-free. Have had sciatic nerve issues since 2009, damaged knee cartilage early 2015, so have been a jogger for a while.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Do well in the 50s age group, keep running pain-free.
Married, science writer/editor, enjoy life on the coast of Maine
Turbo nine holes walking and carrying.
Finally a run. Felt pretty good, gorgeous day.
Later in the day. Felt very shaky by the end, was just glad to be done. Not sure why the struggle, another beautiful cool day, albeit quite breezy.
Warm and sunny, felt much better than yesterday.
Finally caught up with Gareth. Great run out to Schooner Head--beautiful cool sunny day. Ran slow out, a bit quicker back.
