Short-Term Running Goals:
Get healthy, run pain-free. Have had sciatic nerve issues since 2009, damaged knee cartilage early 2015, so have been a jogger for a while.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Do well in the 50s age group, keep running pain-free.
Married, science writer/editor, enjoy life on the coast of Maine
Felt like garbage all day. Was hoping to ski, but just made it to the garage for a 30-minute walk. Blech.
30-minute Peloton edurance ride, 80s music. Fun and great workout.
2 hours of doubles tennis.
Busy day yesterday, felt very blah today. Got in a 30-minute pz endurance ride and 10-minute warmdown ride though.
Got back to the weights and abs, then a 5-minute warm up power-walk and 30-minute run.
60-minute Peloton pz endurance ride. Felt pretty off and first, got stronger as it went along.
