Wanted to get out for a run but moving too slow in the morning. Treadclimb instead. 35 minutes.

Started slow and was very gradually building speed to get to 5-6 miles. Leg was still feeling ok at 25 minutes but stomach was getting very restless. Glad I bailed off the mill when I did at 3.5--that could have been unforutunate. Sigh. If things are back to normal will try to go longer again on Wednesday.
