30 minute Peloton. Stuck with the power zone parameters and had a good workout without killing myself. You think I would have learned from running :eyeroll: but I need to mix up the workouts and not go all out every time.

No Shannon, so rowed and ran, harder than I have been lately. Averaged 2:08 on the rower for 12 minutes, got pace to 7.5 on the mill. Left leg hurt worse than right this time. Hurrah?

Very nice run/hike out Schooner Head and Great Head trails with Shannon. Jogged the main trails, walked the overlook area. Slow but the miles added up. Then 9 holes with Erik and Joe late afternoon, finally played better.
