Get healthy, run pain-free. Have had sciatic nerve issues since 2009, damaged knee cartilage early 2015, so have been a jogger for a while.

Boy am I slow these days. Averaged 9:01 for Sch Hd 4. Overall it felt easy but I did try to pick it up here and there. Finally a nice day though, and it was good to get out.
